All kids love these things- but I don't think I'll try it ever again.
You're flirting w disaster letting 5-yr olds swing a big stick in a crowded room full of salivating children. More than one kid came dangerously close to knocking me in the head with the stick - I felt the wind coming off that broomstick as it swung past my forehead.
Thank god for the 7-yr old - she whaled on the dragon and smashed it open, then I put the fairy out of her misery and dumped all of the candy on the mosh pit. The kids are like wild animals.
